How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. We ship from the United States and currently serve domestic orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently focused on US-based shipping. International shipping will be available soon. Join our waitlist to be notified when we expand.
How do I activate my Snootit QR tag?
Simply scan the QR code on your tag with any smartphone camera. You will be guided through creating your pet's digital profile in under 2 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Snootit QR smart tags. If you are not happy, contact support@snootit.com for a full refund or exchange.
Is the biometric pet ID free?
Yes. Creating a biometric digital ID using dog nose print recognition or cat facial recognition is completely free through the Snootit app.
How does Snootit compare to a pet microchip?
Snootit is a non-invasive alternative to pet microchips. Unlike microchips, our QR tags and biometric ID require no vet visit, no injection, and no outdated registry. Learn more on our biometrics page.
